A: Yes, we are factory with over 10 years experience in slate mining, processing, manufacturing and marketing.

A: Our factory, covering 21044.28square meters, locates in Xingzi, Jiujiang, Jiangxi province where slate reserves ranking first in China.
Q: Do you have your own quarries?
A: Yes. We have Mining License and Work Safety Licenseon four assigned quarries.
Q: Do you have relevant certification?

Q: Is it natural stone?
A: Yes, all pieces are made from natural slate , hand-finished with rough or cut edge. Our slates are unique in shape, texture, colour, which means no two pieces will be same.
Q: Is slate fragile? Will it break if I drop it?
A: Hardness similar to porcelain or glass. A regular 5-6mm slate board can handle having dozens of times its own weight on top of it. That's why we can cut it so thin and will not break easily. But it is likely to break if hit sharply by something hard or dropped on a hard surface. If you treat it like your kitchen dish or glass, it will be perfectly fine.
Q: How to clean slate?
A: Wipe off easily with a damp sponge or neutral detergent to clear. Slate plate, if without EVA feet at the bottom, will be dishwasher safe.
Q: What features does slate have?
A: Slate is a very durable rock formed in the earth over 200 million years ago.It has very low absorption rate to water, which makes it great for our outdoor conditions. Even with its thin properties, it very durable and strong which is why it is used in tableware, such as cheese boards, placemat, dish plate,food platter, cup coaster etc.
Q: How to care for slate?
A: In order to preserve your slate board for years to come, wipe it down with a drop or two of good grade mineral oil about twice a year. Mineral oil helps protect the integrity of the slate and maintains a slightly polished look. Be aware of oven and microwave are notsuitable.
